Our facility in Maui has the capacity to process 65,000 pounds of laundry per day.  With modern equipment and automated processes, we are able to provide a quality product in a cost effective manner, with minimal environmental impact.  Here are some of the highlights of our operations:

Our Equipment:  Our plant operates a tunnel washer, as well as 10 conventional washer extractors and 12 high capacity dryers.  Linens are finished on our line of flatwork ironers, sheet folders, and towel folders.  Our equipment is maintained by an in-house engineering team, following a comprehensive preventative maintenance program.  We have excellent partnerships with our equipment manufacturers and vendors and continue to replace and upgrade our equipment to raise the bar of the service we provide.

Our Chemistry: The proper mixing of chemicals and clean ,soft water is critical to providing our customers with the highest quality laundry service.  We constantly monitor the quality of textiles coming through our facility, and our technicians spend many hours each week testing PH levels to ensure the chemicals are being properly dispensed and rinsed.

Our Environment:  Ali'i Linen is committed to reducing our environmental impact.  One way we achieve this by recycling water in our Tunnel Washing Machine.  We also use heat recovery devices in our equipment in order to lower our overall carbon footprint.
